Alot of pain in my right abdomen?

i am a 21 yr old female and since last night the right side of my abdomen has felt very bloated and hurts alot when i breath in and out and if i lay on it brething i had to hold in my bms for a while yesterday due to no washroom but even with fibre and stuff it really hurts i can make it to a doctor till thursday and dont really want to go to the hospital if i dont need to could it just be caused by constipation cuz i have gone but it still hurts quite a bit please no rude answers thank you
