This is my 3rd paragraph, what corrections need to be made?

I hope to find a job after college that requires my skill and expertise in Accounting. I also would like my occupation to challenge me so I could learn firsthand the roadblocks I will face in my tenure in the business Once I obtain the job I will work to become the top employee. I will achieve career milestones at my place of work and help create a more customer friendly environment and it will soon be adopted by other accounting firms. Soon I will obtain high acclaimed position at my place of work. I will become leader job and not a follower.
