What is the best online college to get a certificate, AAS, or bachelors degree in database management?

I currently work with a school database system. I also perform secretarial duties. I enjoy working with the database system and would like to get into a position that deals more with database systems and less secretarial duties. I am thinking perhaps I should go back to school, learn more about database systems, to eventually move out of secretarial positions. I have a BBA in Finance. Worked in the corporate world before I got married. Once married, I had children, dropped out of the corporate working world for about 10 years until my children entered school. I then got various jobs in public schools. However, the position I have now is more of a secretarial position that utilizes database systems. I would now like to move on, still perhaps in a school system setting, but more geared toward maintaining and working with the database system. I do not want to be considered "secretarial". Any advice on my next move? I am thinking if I receive more database training or schooling I can get out of the category of secretarial work. What are your views on this situation? Does anyone know the best online college to pursue this idea?
