Dangerous drivers, help me form my plan of action!?

If your local police won't or can't do anything, contact your newspaper and television station. Ask them for help stopping this persons dangerous actions by doing a segment on this type of behavior. It would also bring peoples attention to the potentially lethal outcome of such stupidity.
