Can anyone tell me why bl@cks are friendlier than people of other races?

Referring to black people everywhere this is quite true. When it comes to people in the ghetto they are actually friendly. I know this for a fact i have lived there. If you do not have problems with people in the ghetto you are usually good to go. Even the poorest of people will try to make you feel at home. Its true.
