I have a white spot on the bottom of my big toe on my right foot?

i have no idea what it is but it only hurts me a little... i do modern dance which requires you to be barefoot so i have very callused feet.... my mom thinks its the start of another callus but it looks more like its under the skin... any clue what it is?
