I need help to overcome my low self esteem ?

i was extremely fat i looked like a walking tap of coke now im thin and nice and girls say to me im beautiful hot looking to give you an idea i look like ewan mcgregor but a little better looking than him he scored anaface 8.7 and i scored 9 what can i do should i do therapy ? i really feel bad about this i feel killing myself slit my throat or something ah im 19 nearly 20 and short height 172 cm aprox. brown blondish hair blue eyes
