In Judaism, do you still have to obey the laws given by God in Leviticus, Numbers, Genesis, etc?

There's a lot of commands God gives to people...such as the 10 commandments. Then there's some seemingly arcane laws in Leviticus and such. Do you still have obey these laws in Judaism?
