Is it normal to feel the baby twitching feels like hiccups? 29 weeks pregnant

Ive actually felt this quite a few times, i know it isn't hiccups because usually those are lower in my stomach, and this is sort of on my side, and the fact that i can see my stomach move. It looks like tiny little kicks that happen every couple seconds or so. Is she twitching in her sleep? She doesn't move anywhere else except for the rhythmic tiny kicks.
