Which Electric Airsoft Rifle is Better?

First of all, whats your budget? If you have the ability to spend $100-$200, then forget Well, buy a higher quality aeg like JG, A&K, etc. however if you really only want a decision between your 2 choices, then go with the Well R7. it may be easier to upgrade externally and internally just because it is based off an M4A1 rifle. but take my advice, if u have more money, put it to better use. personally i prefer JG.
