They choose a new teaching curriculum and out go the last best materials from the last best curriculum. Another huge waste? Check out the school's technology budget. Compare the budget to how much computers are used in the clrooms. You're gonna have fits over this one. Check to see what the transportation budget is. Observe how many bus riders are there as a convience to parents as opposed to true necessity. Most people, parents included have no idea what's going on in the schools and the money wasted.
