Would a 04 BF falcon engine fit into an XB falcon engine bay?

I want to build a car that has the clic muscle car shape but has a modern fuel efficient engine in it, just wondering whether it would work and what changes would have to be made to it ie gearbox to tail shaft adapters etc.
