During lok sabha or state embly which candidate will be winner if there is a tie during counting of votes.?
During counting of votes in lok sabha or vidhan sabha elections which candidate will be declared a winner if their is tie between two candidates.Kindly mention the constitutional rule in this regard and any instances of such kind may also be mentioned.
