I mtb alot i have flat plastic pedals and need 2 change 2 my other steel 1s i cnt get them of can somoene help?

You will need a wrench or if you have one a pedal spanner. Place it on the bolt between the pedal and crank arm. The right pedal will have a right hand thread, and the left will have a left hand thread. They might be quite tight aswell.
