How can I transfer my Zune library to my iTunes library?

I have a Zune 30gb and I want to purchase an iPod video in about a month because I have been having too many problems with my Zune. All of the files I have on my Zune are mp3 format and were all downloaded through Limewire so they are not DRM protected. I want to find a way to transfer my Zune library to my iTunes library. I have nearly 3,000 songs on my Zune and could do the transferring one by one but that would take an eternity. There MUST be an easier way. iTunes can transfer its whole library to Zune software, so why can't Zune 3.0 software transfer its library to iTunes? Please help me and tell me how this can be done.
